Ride For Water Website

This website is awesome! I personally love to see the collision of two things I am extremely passionate about. This website embodies the blend of social media (The Web) and big business give back (Biz-Love).

What Levi’s has done here is create an exciting way of raising dollars for charity through using story telling and social media. Everyone involved in the project wins!

Levi’s wins by having their logo all over everything. This not only is great brand recognition but it also raises others opinions of the brand.

On a side note… This is similar to the approach that we are taking with Project Live Love’s Three-Oh-We-Go program and Georgia Natural Gas.

The people in the story win by being able to share their story and do something for good at the same time.

The charities of course win because they are getting additional funding and creating awareness about their cause.

And… You and I win because we are invited into the story and get to “feel” as though we are helping. Every time one tweets this story Levi’s donates $1 to charity.
